Q: Can I get a custom color or design of one of your products?

A: Yes! Just fill out the Contact Us form with your customizations and which product(s) you are looking for, and we’ll do our best to incorporate all your requests!

Q: Are customizations an additional charge?

A: Most customizations (within reason) will be of no additional cost. Examples of this would be change in color, change in charms or beads. Any additional charges will be addressed up front, and any custom orders will need to be prepaid before I start making them.

Q: How long does it take for my items to ship out?

A: I have a few items in stock and can ship out within 1-3 days. Any item that is not in stock I will be making to order, so it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to make, depending on what it is. Any item that is customized will also have approximately 2-3 weeks lead time as well. As soon as your items are finished, I will get them out to you!

Q: I purchased an item and it’s slightly different than the picture. Why is that?

A: Since everything is hand made by me, there could be slight variations in color, color layout, size, and shape. If you would like something exactly as the picture, please fill out the Contact Us form and I will do my best to recreate it exactly as pictured.
